What does it take to grow?Day 10

Mathew 20 talks about the Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard
Verse 1-7 “For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in
the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard. 2 Now when he had agreed with the
laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard. 3 And he went out
about the third hour and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, 4
and said to
them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you.’ So
they went. 5 Again he went out about the sixth and the ninth hour, and did likewise.
6 And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing [a]
idle, and
said to them, ‘Why have you been standing here idle all day?’ 7 They said to him,
‘Because no one hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, [b]
and
whatever is right you will receive.’Romans 12:6-8 says “We have different gifts according to the grace given us. If
one’s gift is prophecy, let him use it in proportion to his faith; 7if it is serving, let
him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; 8if it is encouraging, let him encourage;
if it is giving, let him give generously; if it is leading, let him lead with diligence; if
it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.…1 Corinthians 15:58 (NIV) 58 Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm.
Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord
because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
